We are currently looking for the following positions:
Construction Project Manager/Estimator
High Caliber Construction is looking for a Construction Project Manager / Estimator with residential and commercial experience. We have been in the Flagstaff area for 10 years, and are opening an office in Scottsdale. The ideal candidate will have estimating AND project management experience.

Success Outcomes in the first 90 days:
75% overall jobs awarded for bids submitted.
Efficiency ideas implemented to improve bids, change orders, and/or overall systems and procedures.
Research and outline steps for launching a new software.
Define scope of construction projects.
Prepare complete and competitive RFP bids.
Work with drawings, specifications, supplier quotations, engineering standards, and other information to provide accurate cost estimates.
Obtain and analyze subcontractor quotes across varying trades.
Identify qualified subcontractors and negotiate prices.
Consult with vendors, and other departmental personnel to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
Track scope of work for each project and final price changes through different proposal versions as clients request modifications and re-bidding.
Meet with clients to review bids and keep them up to date on the project status and timeline.
Minimum of 2 years recent experience in commercial and residential construction estimating and project management
Solid understanding of the RFP Bid process
Experienced in the use of computer-based estimating systems and competent in the use of recognized electronic spreadsheets, word processing and scheduling programs.

Compensation / Benefits:
Annual salary base of $60,000-$85,000
10 days paid time off per year
3% company match retirement plan after 6 months of employment – vested after 3 years
